How can I see what's in my cart?

To view the items of your cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner.

How do I remove items from my cart? 

Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner, then click the -minus button on the left of the product quantity shown, until it becomes 0. Your cart will then be updated automatically to show the item removed.

Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive email with tracking information and steps to follow the progress of your package. Please note that your order is subject to varying delivery times, depending on your delivery location.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery to the US with tracking: 7 to 30 working days from the date of dispatch.

International delivery with tracking: 7 to 30 working days from the shipping date.

*The shipping of your order is a separate service from All Flex Shop US. All Flex Shop cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by couriers delivering your package. We reserve the right not to issue refunds on orders if packages experience delays. We are not responsible for losses and delays incurred due to natural disasters (including but not limited to floods, fires, tornadoes), terrorist attacks or threats, epidemics, customs strikes, postal strikes, civil strikes, civil strife, riots, invasions, or occupation, extreme weather conditions, or failure of telecommunications networks

Why isn't my tracking number working?

It may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it.

Why am I getting multiple packages for my order? 

When ordering multiple items at once, our system usually splits them into individual packages. Therefore, please note that your order may arrive in separate packages and may also arrive at different times

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

In the case that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please know that we deeply apologize for any inconvenience and want to resolve the issue promptly. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your Order ID number, the product's name you were supposed to receive, and either a photo of the defect or detailed information about the issue. Our customer service team will make every effort to swiftly address the problem.

Please be aware that if the item has been used in any way, we cannot replace it due to industry standards regarding health, hygiene, and wear and tear. If your product is damaged in transit, we cannot exchange or replace it, as All Flex Shop operates independently from shipping couriers. If you receive a damaged item upon arrival and choose to continue using it, this signifies your acceptance of the item's condition upon receipt, and All Flex Shop is no longer responsible for any subsequent damage resulting from its use.

*Please note that none of our products come with a lifetime warranty, as wear and tear over time is expected, and their longevity is contingent on how you handle them

If I'm returning my order, will the duties I originally paid be refunded?

Yes, your refund will include the originally paid purchase price. We will process this refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs and sales tax. Please note that refund processing times can vary and may take up to 14 days, depending on your payment provider. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
